Driver safety

Our first commitment

Safety is not a
poster in the shop.

It is what we do before the wheels turn. Our drivers walk their equipment, write up what they find, and are backed when they say a load is not right. We would rather deliver late than deliver a driver home hurt.

01

A pre-trip and post-trip walk, every trip

Lights, tires, brakes, coupling, load securement. Our drivers are expected to take the time to walk the equipment and to write up anything they find — and that time is never counted against them.

02

A defect report is a work order

When a driver flags something, it gets fixed before the truck rolls again. Nobody at this company is asked to run equipment they are not comfortable running.

03

No load is worth a driver’s log

We dispatch legal, plan realistic miles, and build the schedule around hours of service instead of asking drivers to squeeze the clock. Safety never loses to a delivery window.

04

Speed, space and the right to say no

Safe following distance, safe speeds for conditions, and the standing authority to stop and call if something is not right — weather, freight, or health. Every driver here has it.

A pre-trip walk: lights, tires, brakes, coupling, load. Ten minutes that decide the whole day.

“We are committed to driver safety.”

It is the first thing we tell every driver, and the thing we hold ourselves to when a load is running late.

Why drivers stay with us

01

Safety before the schedule

Every driver here has the authority to stop, to refuse an unsafe load, and to call in when conditions turn. That is a standing rule, not a slogan.

02

Honest dispatch

You get the details you need to plan your day, and a dispatcher who answers the phone and treats you like a professional.

03

Equipment you can trust

Maintained trucks and trailers, defect reports that turn into repairs, and no pressure to run something you do not trust.

04

Miles that keep you moving

Freight across the lower 48, with lanes that fit the schedule you want to run.

05

Home time we plan for

We ask what home time you need and build your lanes around it instead of surprising you with it.

06

Room to grow

Company driver, owner-operator, team or dedicated — positions open as our lanes do, and drivers here move up.
